It states 1995-1996 does that matter for my 99?
yes it does. 97-99 have different final drive ratios. You could run it but you would need a matching 91-96 transfer case.
It doesn't matter for the swap but you're going to need a different rear end also if you're switching to manual. Given the rarity of manual trans these days I personally would keep the auto. It's not a cheap swap anymore. You cannot use your auto tcase on a manual. They are physically different.

How hard would it be to find a matching t case I just recently replaced my manual which took like a week to find the right one because something was wrong with the ratio 😭 sorry for the question I just recently got into the Dsm and cars in general

Elaborate. Did you already do the swap?

The auto tcase is not usable in a manual swap. If you want a manual swap you can use any 2g awd trans you just have to have the matching tcase or switch final drive inside the trans. You also must use a manual gearset in the rearend. 91-96 tcases are the same gear ratio and 23 spline. 97-99 are also 23 spline but they are a different gear ratio only compatible with 97 to 99 transmission final drive.
