I got an MHI evo3 Big 16G turbo for $275 the other day and now i need a new manifold. What would be better A Forced Performance Manifold or an Evo 3 Manifold. I am buying it from a friend and there is only a $50 difference between the two but for power output and flow and spool time which would be better? Obviously the FP has a bigger collector and runners but I dont know much about them. But the Evo3 Is rated the best factory exhaust manifold, i'm only planning for 300 -350 Hp would the stock evo 3 mani be good for that or should i get the FP? Please help

If you want to 350hp and for it to spool fast then run a evo3 16g. It flows in the mid 40lb range

I don't want to get into a turbo debate, but based on my research the e316g would be hard pressed to make 350awhp on pump gas. Even if it did I would be running the turbo @ max efficiency all the time and therefore burning through turbos like oil changes. A special build TD05H 20G will have no problem making my goal on pump gas, will be in a better efficiency range (more dependable) and still spool quickly if paired with the right mani. From what it sounded like, the FP is more about top end power at the expense of low-mid power. Since a 2.0L is already fairly lacking in the torque dept, this could hurt regardless of the turbo I use because it places the power band in the wrong spot. From the fairly limited comparison write-ups I found, the E3 mani was described to have very nice low end power, but I just wanted to make sure I was interpreting the info correctly.
