:confused:Aight guys, I'm wondering will a DNP manifold be better for me or a FP manifold? I did a search and came up that if i was doing track regularly, dnp would be for me. But if it's mainly on the streets as in daily driven and some track. The FP manifold would be for me!
What are the pro's and cons for the manifolds... mods are in my profile... hks carbon exhaust on the way!
Is there a reason one manifold is chosen over the other for example... one's more effective at higher rpm then the other or one spools faster then the other, etc!

Stupid reason but I need one so I could keep up with the rest of my buddies dsm's.:ohdamn:
OR IS THIS MOD EVEN NEEDED YET!:nono:

a good path is exhaust, logger, 1g bov, mbc w/gauge, turbo (ex. 14g or 16g), wideband 02, safc and injectors. At that point, you'll know enough to go from there on your own.

Agreed 100%

And notice that the FP manifold isn't even in that path :)

pboglio is right of course...it's a nice manifold (in fact, I'm going that route myself on my new setup).

My point is that there are a lot more beneficial ways to spend $200 at this point in your DSM adventures. But if you have extra bucks and want the FP just because...well go for it. But don't expect it to do much (if anything) for you performance wise with your current setup ;)

If I where to do it again, I would have bypassed the T28 and bought the EVOIII 16g instead. Since I've run both, EVOIII 16g hands down. There is an upgrade path somewhere around here, I do things a little different then most myself. There is no wrong or right way if the parts are proven, the FP manifold is proven, add it when you like.

yeah, i was reading ## search thread. sounds good...
thanks ya'll
