Just had a small fire underneath the hood of my 95 gs-t. Not sure where to go from here. Ultimately I plan on replacing everything in engine bay and upgrading everything. The fire did not do damage to anything else on the car. But everything in the bay is pretty toasted. The only thing I can see that is in decent shape is the aluminum radiator and the engine.

Has anyone else replaced most of engine bay? And can give me a rough estimate on cost? I want to replace the engine as well.

Ouch man sorry to see that..I think Colt4g63 is right. Looks like the battery is unbolted. And probably No cover over the Positive Batt terminal. Also if you add any electronics to your car make sure they are FUSED properly. Or else you can burn your car down.. Good thing it wasn't parked in your garage. Other wise you might be buying a new house too.

I would start by stripping out all the burnt shit and see what you need from there.
