What do yall think do you call this fried or just dirty havin some funky car issues and think i found a good reason

I see the capacitor is leaking. Send it to ECMTuning or someone for repair or buy capacitors and ask a local shop to replace.What do yall think do you call this fried or just dirty havin some funky car issues and think i found a good reason
The board has a coating that should have kept it being damaged. Clean the electrolyte off the board with some 91% Isopropyl Alcohol and q-tips. Make sure and check the other 3 caps for leakage as well.
If you know how to solder and desolder (or know somebody that can), you can get a set of caps from RTM for like $2 or $3

just make sure you carefully scrape off the coating before trying to solder.
