What is your rod side clearance or is there any? You have narrow bearings on them too. Not too sure if that is correct.
Can you "wiggle" the rod any amount at all or is it snug?

I figured it out thought maybe got wrong size but every good now and can turn it over by hand now I'm trying to figure out how to get balance shaft delete bearings in and already have the cradle crank piston rods and everything all in LOL

Yeah...that's easier done to start with. Glad you have it ironed out!

With aftermarket rods without oil jet hole, the direction doesn't really matter, you can install in any direction, but all 4 rods should face towards the same direction.
If you want to follow the same direction as the factory with the stock rods or some rods that come with a oil jet hole, the oil jet hole side (the side you see the notch on the rods and bearings) should face towards the exhaust side (front) in our early 4g63. In the late EVO 4+ 4g63, that side should face towards the intake side (rear).
