I'm in the parts gathering phase for my 6 bolt build and I'm wondering what the Eagle rods are capable of?

Who is running a decent amount of power using them?

Anyone actually trash one? what happened? power level?

Who has gone fast on Eagles and what did they run?

Get the eagles, then take them to the BEST machine shop in your area and have them checked over for like $20-$30. If they turn out to be out of spec then return them, although it seems like eagle has had all of their tolerance problems solved for a while now.

Same here, my Eagles are right on size. You need to take em to a machine shop anyway to hone out the small end for the right pin clearance, so you might as well get em to check em over. If they have your crank and bearings right there, they can get the actual bearing clearances.

I bought a bore gauge that read under two inches just cause I'm anal (and cause the plastigage was reading too tight), and double checked the clearances at home.
