Dsm Link?!

Okay so Ive just recently figured out that my 99 GSX has a DSM link. But I have absolutely no Idea how to use it. I tried plugging in a lap top to it, but I think there is some sort of software I may need to get things started. Any help at all would be greatly apprecited!

Ummm yea you need to go to ecmtuning.com and register on there then you need to download the app
