Having cold start issues, I have been doing a lot of internet searching.
My 1997 2.0 non turbo takes a few cranks to start inthe morning.
somewhat long cranks.
I found that if I prime the car (turn the key to the on position, and then off again) a bunch of times the car will start up right away when I fianally crank it.
I thought I may have a bad gas cap, so I replaced it.
I have noticed that when I open the gas gap there is no sound of pressure release.
You know the sound gas caps usally make when you open them. Much like when you open a new 2 litre bottle of soda.
Anyway, what do you gus think?
