ok first my car starts just fine when i start it up in the morning put after that i have to pump the gas to get it to start and second once my car is started it idles at 1000 rpms to like 1300 and if im driving some times it surges up to like 3000 rpms for no reason thanks

Sounds like a major tuneup is in order... He starts fine cold, then it dies. Then, he has to lay on the gas pedal to restart it. It has surge idling real bad since it goes from 1k all the way up to 3k at times.

Major tune up, check for vaccum leaks, sensors .. et.al. ...

Check your iac by pulling it out and doing a resistance check (haynes manual shows how). If it's good clean it with carb cleaner and try running the car again. If that doesn't work check/adjust your tps. Then make sure the oring on your biss is good too. If that doesn't work pull yout throttle body out and clean it. Also check for exhaust manifold cracks.
