couple little problems :)

1st-when car is turned on, I get 75psi at 2k and as it warms up it idles at 1k at about 15psi.

2nd-when car is turned on, for the first 3mins it runs lean and then slowly moves to stoch.

3rd-transfer case leak, not to bad but I think its because when I went to fill it I used a whole bottle of mobel1 90w 75 somthing like the the correct blend but I didnt really know how to fill it so I think its just leakin out because theres to much.

4th-My turbo sounds like its going when I accelerate it makes a screachin sound and when I turn the car off you can hear it scratch, but when I checked for any play it had none both ways.

5th- when I did the balance shaft removal I left the shaft that is closest to the turbo in because it was impossible for me to take it out it was seized and I tryed everything it wouldnt budge. (could this have causeds high oil pressure?) Also I never used those 2 bearings that came in the kit for the removel because I only got the back shaft out (was I suppose to replace the back bearing? it didnt say?)

6th- when in Neutral I rev it up and the boost doesnt even go past 0... I cant even budge my mbc its like rusted in place but it was set at 12psi.... I removed the line that goes from the mbc to the waste gate on the turbo and it still did the same thing??

only 16 and just got my car together not really the master mechanic but working my way up to understand everything I just want to learn as much as I can... Please teach me and help me Thank you...

1>75 psi huh??? at idle? sounds like a bad gauge to me dude. i saw a supra dyno and 56 psi once.
2>if you have one of those narrow band af gauges i would not worrie about it unless the car runs bad.
3>don't know but you should read directions before you do anything to any car.
4>run it till it breaks i guess. are you sure it's the turbo. the same one that does 75 psi
5>don't know
6>you don't buid boost unless you are under load. (normal)


read everything you can man and learn. i wish a had a turbo car at 16.

umm the 75psi was oil pressure sorry about that

ok that makes more sense now. i was told that dsm's idle at operating temp around 11 psi oil pressure. so it sounds like you are good to go man.

As a rule of thumb on oil pressure 10 psi for every 1000 rpm. Not perfect but a rule of thumb.

Transfer. Get a manual and go by directions there as far as type and quantity of lube.

Turbo Remove the inlet hose and using a bright light inspect the vanes and surrounding area for signs of contact. Make sure all hoses are tight and you are not encountering leakage which would make a whistling noise.

I would assume that the belt was sheared on the front balance shaft? You may be able to adapt a slide hammer to forcibly extract the front balance shaft. Not sure what effect it would have just leaving it in.

Like Selmerguy said Boost works only under accelleration.
