Heres some things to take in mind -
1. Fuel pump is good.
2. I have tested 2 ecus (one known to be good).
3. Fuel pump circuit is solid. (I ground pin 8 on the 26 pin connector (fuelpump ground)) and the fuelpump will turn on
4. Turn the key without ground and the fuel pump does not kick on/prime.
5. Cranks fine
6. Replaced crank pos sensor.
7. Fuel rail has no fuel coming out.

Cant rewire because ecu has no control on fuelpump ground.
I hardwired fuelpump but car wouldnt stay on (got it to run good for a couple seconds)

I am at a loss for fixes. Its a parts cannon at this point and looking for better suggestions (relay clicks fine too, also has correct ohms)

I just reread this thread. Have you not done a boost leak test? If you had a pop and the car died that sounds like a physical failure. You blew a coupler or you bent a valve based on what I read. Do a leakdown test.
Ive done a many boost leak tests. And compression tests. I doubt my compression would be good if we had bent a valve. We have also had the car running for a bit.

I’m with you. Just wanted to point that out.
Yeah, so regarding bent valves and what not.
Car ran for a bit fine when we hardwired the fuelpump. About 2 seconds. It IS getting plenty of fuel and we know the injectors are atleast clicking.

It also has good compression. If these are both true, could a valve really be bent?

When the car shut off it sounded like air was released. Thats all.

Incorrect. You can have compression with a bent valve. Leakdown test would show for sure
