Tell it smoking is unhealthy, and there are numerous quitting options out there.

All jokes aside if there is smoke coming off of the manifold after engine work, it’s normal. Just various oils and liquids burning off.

Is the manifold had oil on it or is coated it will smoke for a little while but a video is better to understand where the smoke is actually coming from.

The bottom center exhaust manifold stud is open to an oil galley. Did you put some sort of sealant on the stud? I also see in your second picture, the dipstick isn't seated and it's possible for it to spray oil on the manifold if you PCV/CC breather isn't sufficient.

Unrelated to your original question and I'm curious, what is the purpose of the grounding straps on your plug wires?

I have no clue about why it’s grounded there got the car like that LOL … and what do u mean by The bottom center exhaust manifold stud is open to an oil galley ??

This stud that goes into the head. The threads go all the way through the head casting and into the crank case/oil return passage. I usually put some high temp RTV on the head-side of the stud.

Do you think this could be the cause of the smoke?

Tell your car smokings 🚬 bad! , agree with the leaky oil feed line as a potential cause , are all the studs nice and tight on the manifold ? A video may help as well, could be grease burning off , take it around the block and see if burns off .
How's your exhaust connection from the manifold?
Degrease everything you can near the area and let it run , or get fancy and use an oil dye

That's Hotwires or knock-off of that. Maybe like 20+ years ago it went kinda popular but as "fashion" rather than "performance". Those spark plug wires may have some sort of builtin capacitor by claiming that you would have stronger spark. That grounding strap is for that. Some people actually believed it but it's a kind of placebo effect thing.
