Will the Extreme Motorsports Phantom Grip LSD Converter be a good purchase? Will it be able to hold better traction?

Come one now. These are not worth the metal put into them. You have a source of a good review, but if you type in a search yu will find MANY MANY people dissatisfied with this type of, dare I say, LSD.
Spend the extra on a true LSD and you will love it. I have riden in a quafe (sp) car and a PG insert car. Night and day. To me the insert is iffy at best and is prone to break. While the diff is solid and provide great traction, atleast better than most.
The insert is an example of a cheaper alternative to a potentially expensive problem.

Even Mike Huml who races these cars and owns Slowboy racing likes his LSD insert. I don't see where these are PRONE to breaking. They have improved spring designs over the early pieces and I haven't seen any instances of the BM or SFS units breaking. For improved 60ft times, no wheel hop and better traction for 15% of the price, Ill take it![]()

Well, I agree a fast spooling turbo would be good for short distances, but an 1/8th mile track is still long enough to get a really badass turbo to spool, so why not go for it?2fast420a said:Waaaa????
A nice good 1/8th mile turbo is an EVO III 16G.
