I saw an old thread from a few years back and decided to make my own poll with some of the new competition.

I have here the list:
Prosport Evo Series
Prosport regular needle
AEM Tru Boost
Stewart Warner
DEFI
Autometer
Summit
Stri X-Line gauge
Fuzion

Please don't give info unless you actually OWN said gauge. I do not want a flamer thread please. This is to help newer DSM guys out in picking up good gauges and finding opinions on said gauges in one thread. Thanks :)

I used autometer and now I'm going to use prosport. They have gauges I visually like better.

Just find one you like the best and get it.

Ya I know. This is to get others opinions on what they use and get some pros and cons as well. I currently have a VDO gauge, and plan on using the Prosport Evo Digital.

Defi gauges are the only ones I use for anything other that wideband. But they're really expensive. I'll stick by my guns though.

Those new Prosport ones are pretty nice though.

I own the prosport evo boost gauge and I love it. It's pretty spot on with my omni 4 bar. Very accurate and looks great. Only thing I think was probable the pod but I had to clearance it of a little bit to make it fit.

I don't own the prosport evo gauges. I do however have the digital series gauges they offer and IMO for the price, quality, and looks they are far superior than a lot of gauges on the market at that price range. I would have bought the EVO gauges if they where on the market at the time that i bought these.

Glad to hear firsthand about the EVO gauges. Those are the ones I plan on getting!!!

I have always used the AutoMeter ultra-lite guages and never had a problem with them. I just like their classic, simple, and clean look.:)

The pod I was using I am sure was from the autozone aisle. It was on the car when I bought it, and it had be sunpro gauges in it so I would venture a guess they didn't buy one to fit it rout.

I have an autometer gauge that reads from zero to 35psi and it is consistently off by 3-4psi compared to my omni-power 4 bar map sensor. It also always read 3-4psi higher than my gm 3 bar map.

You guys think the electronic ones can be off by alot too? This is good to know stuff :hellyeah:

That, and they match the silver 2G's color very nicely. :thumb:
