Bill Ritter here in Colorado is a huge fan of this.

Just for my 4runner I would be looking at an extra 225 bucks per year on top of registration. I realize that we all enjoy 4cylinder apps but think about your daily drivers and tow rigs.

Its just proof that we are starting to have an us v.s. them style of government(I think they call that communism). The government is supposed to be the voice of the people but it seems in recent decades that they believe THEY know what is good for us and don't care much what we think of it, why else do we need groups like SEMA to help keep them under control.

The reasoning behind this bill was to punish the people who could care less about the Secular/Progressive movement to convince everyone that 1) We are warming/destroying the Earth. 2) That Humans could have an any type of influence either to warm or cool the Earth. 3) People who laugh @ Hybrids should be punished.

I honestly don't know of anyone that specifically bought a vehicle just to say f**k the world. If anything, it was to compensate heh.

My Ford truck is the most important supporting mod I have for the talon-the tow vehicle!

Think of the impact this will have with commerce and logistics. A lot of trucking companies are going to fold, unless they apply some exemptions.

Our dependancy on foreign oil is our own ####ing fault for letting corporations dictate this great country's foreign policy for the last 60+ years. Oh, and look where it has us.

Our misled interventionalist nation. Alas, it's for our 'national security' and our 'own good.'

The global warming panic is just one more tool to control the masses of the world. Regardless of whether it turns out to be true or not. I have my doubts, Earth has had numerous temperature cycles. Hell, we learn about the damned Ice Age in sixth grade. Was anyone driving cars then?

yeah i do. i think they were called our founding fathers or something crazy like that. and they sure in the hell would be ashamed to see everything they put their lives on the line for in the name of freedom shit on on a daily basis in todays world.
