270WHP is a joke. The FPB28 will do that and some and have nitrous like spool!

Do you mean it hits full boost at 5800? I thought they hold full boost til redline WTF

They do hold around 24psi to 7500RPM. if you turn it up that high. Well, YMMV, but mine does, at least!

If you do something stupid like get a larger flapper installed, exhaust pressure can force the flapper open, and boost will fall, regardless of where you have it set.

exhuast manifold porting tips.

i'm done 12 porting jobs on exhuast manifolds for DSMs, here are just a few tips i'v learnt the hard way...

- Take off the down pipe and have a buddy pull down the turbine housing so u can get past that annoying piece of all thread that keeps u from pulling it back.

- Replace that damn piece of all thread with a damn bolt.

- Use a Torque wrench on every singlebolt and nut.

-Don't use gasket sealer it will burn off no question.

- Replace with better gaskets then when u started.

- If u have the money replace the head studs with ARP and never worry about breaking them again.

- And while u at it port your O2 Housing and turbo if u think later on u will do it anyways.

- and try not to burn your self, secrets out that all that junk in ur engine gets a bit warm.

all basic stuff but a lot of people do a lot of them wrong or not at all. :dsm:
