My car shifts smooth. . There is a weird tink tink tink sound as you drive(sounds like drive shaft being tapped but everything seems tight and nothing hitting it) after the car warms up a bit 20-30mon driving i get a slight shudder in 2nd... if i floor it at the light i barely feel jt but if i go slower its more noticeable.

I know you cant diagnoae without a full inspection but im looking for an idea... drive ahaft maybe? Anything would help

Could be the beginning of a u-joint going bad. Check for any rotational play between the yoke, and front driveshaft section. Also, as mentioned above check the cv axles.

Had a similar experience and it was a u joint on the driveshaft. Did you check for tightness with it jacked up, e brake off with everything loose so the wheels can turn?

That said, it wouldn't really cause a shudder, that sound more like the transmission. How is the fluid level and color? Even if the level is good if you have trash in the pan it will get caught up in the filter and cause it to act like the level is low because of the restriction. Even if that is the problem it is likely the OD clutches and they are easy to replace. OD clutches, fluid and filter would likely fix it if that is the problem and you catch it early. I'm only mentioning this all now because it is much better to catch it early than to keep driving like that.

I have new ipt end clutch kit installed and fluid and filter are fresh... could be 2 separate issues like the tin being shafts and shudder being clutch pack maybe... I'm not sure
