So just about 2000 miles or so ago I had my trans rebuilt by shep and since it had been working great. The only thing I've seemed to notice is when I get in the car on a cold start (semi cold not freezing) and drive it the shifting Is butter smooth. However after about the first 8 to 12 shifts or so it starts to get somewhat notchy. Occasionally it will block me out of first and reverse, and sometimes grind reverse. The trans has mt90 in it with no additives. Just wondering if this sounds like an issue or if anyone else has experienced this.

Master cylinder and slave are fairly new, id say 7k miles on each and fluid has been changed before. Fidanza v2 clutch with maybe 5k miles on it. New pivot fork and ball. And clutch engages about half way. All I've noticed about the master cylinder is that it or something in the pedal makes a clicking noise when I push/release it.

after the car warms up shut it off and see how it goes into gear maybe its something with the clutch .

I could be wrong, but beings it's cold the fluid would be a little thicker. Once it warms up it would thin out thus making it harder to shift. Also, I know bad synchros gave me similar issues with first and reverse. But check the easy stuff first! I know sheps transmissions are good so I don't wanna point fingers there :)
