I work at Oreillys and today I was looking through the gaskets trying to find one to use on the outlet flange because I had a boost leak there and I found one...

Fel-Pro part # 35595
approx. price $1.99

it is a paper gasket and has a red rubber line surrounding the center to make a better seal.. fiits the holes perfectly

just a heads up if you need one and a alternative to ordering one online

hell ya! i have the worst leak there i'll check it out this week let everyone know! im excited to hear about it

It should work well, felpro stuff is pretty good. I have used lots of gaskets by them for chevy motors and I have never had a problem with them.

no pic already installed.

yeah its a thermostat gasket for a older 4.3L chevy I believe

I am really interested to see how well this works too. It looks promising, because the ring is closer to the bolts allowing them to press down harder.

I have had nothing but trouble trying to get a good seal. I even tried some silicone gasket maker on top of my j pipe gasket. It worked much better, but there was still a slight leak. I am a perfectionist, so a leak at all will just not do. :) Anyway, I have a Checker's Auto just down my block and they have one. Thanks for showing me it. Hopefully my problem is solved. Here is a picture of it.

Hmmm I thought I might be getting a leak there but I haven't done a boost leak test yet. I tightened those damn allen head bolts as much as I could...just don't know why the flange for the j-pipe is way bigger then the outlet on the compressor.
