Are my injectors missing something?

I feel like there should be something in that space there but I don't recall any other o rings when I took it apart. Are there o-rings there on that nipple that stuck to the head when you take off the fuel rail that I sent to the vender that sold me my new head?

Yes sir. Your missing the bottom seal. Not sure the exact name

Thats a fire hazard get those seals from the dealer asap.

They sell them at napa. They are called injector isolators. Also lay off the rtv on the valve cover gasket. You will be more likely to have a leak with that rtv on there.

What kind of sealant are you referring to.?
I usually just dip the seals in fuel before installing.

If you look in the picture you'll notice the rust brown colored spots of red RTV on the rocker cover gasket. The only place RTV is to be used on that gasket is in the corners where it goes over the cam caps and only a 1/2" or so at those spots.

On a 4G63 you glue the oil pan on with RTV not the rocker cover.
