Almost ready for the shootout!!

Well guys we have been doing some trial and error runs on the car for the past 2 weeks trying to dial the car with the new found power from the front facing intake that was installed. But after all that testing we still wont know what the car can do till be get there because we just installed the new suspension sent to us by the guys at BC Racing (thanks a million guys) and we have done zero testing on it. Its gonna take some work if we are to run 9's and break the stock block record at the shootout but it definitely will be an interesting weekend.

Well guys we had the craziest things happen to us on the way to ohio but we managed to make it. We had a few issues with the car at the event but we were able to beat our fastest mph with a 141.15 mph in the quarter. We had issues with the new suspension but mainly because we need more time to dial it in. On the last few passes when we were finally getting the suspension on the right track, the shifter bushings from the pivot point broke and it made it impossible for me to shift correctly, but overall I am very happy because the event was a great success.

The car looked and ran great. Could definantly tell you were having driveline issues.

Well I hope you come up for Import vs domestic at Budds Creek, Maryland this year. I'll have my s366 turd out for a pass or two. I plan on shooting for the stock block record, if the car dont blowup on the dyno 1st. Trying to think of anyway to kill toruge to make the rods live longer.

Don't think we will be making it, but I sure wish we did. I will more than likely get the car back to the track this week or next. We have a few things to try out. I'm still playing with the suspension trying to give feedback to BC and see if we come up with a good Drag setup for most street/strip cars. I will keep you guys posted. By the way try playing with the cams if you want to kill some TQ
