Squealing from accessory belts, can’t tell if specifically power steering or alternator belt. It’s peculiar in that it squeals on start but after a few moments the car “warms up” and it goes away until something electrical turns on or is turned on. I.E. when the high fan comes on it’ll start squealing again or when I turn on the headlights or any climate controls. Basically anything with electrical load triggers it. So is there any thing else I should try before replacing the alt, besides what I’ve already replaced?
-new belts (twice)
-new power steering pump

To figure out which belt is squealing, spray a little silicone on one belt. If it still squeals, lightly spray the other to figure out which is squealing. When tighten that belt. If it still squeals, replace the belt. I was taught to twist the belt to check tension. It should be tight when you twist it 90 degrees. Tighten it more if it feels loose.

Make sure the water pump pulley is on in the correct direction (only 2 ways of course). It could be turned around backwards and make them squeal. Seen it before so I thought I'd mention it.

Another thing that will squeal is the crankshaft pulley when it is separating from its rubber core, if its original I would rightly recommend replacing the crankshaft pulley and all belts and be done with it.
