A EVO VIII & IX Oil Cap in 2g?

Just bought an EVOVIII Oil cap, but I was woundering, will it even fit? I'm guessing so because I just bought one from PSIExptreme.com

You could double up on the cap seal if it leaks.

+1 to this, I went through about 4 oil caps before I just said eff it and put 2 gaskets on my OE one and stuck it back on.

I was thinking about just getting a gasket and doubling up, but I couldnt find one at autozone so I just said eFF it, I'm getting a EVO oil cap..

does that mean I have to start using mobil 1 oil???

Hopefully you don't take every sticker you see on a vehicle seriously otherwise you'd be pissing on nearly every make of vehicle all day long.... Among various other things.

That sticker is only on the oil cap because Mobil paid mitsubishi to put it there, either that or they were supplying mitsubishi with oil for the vehicles under the stipulation that they put a sticker on there that says "Mobil 1 only"
