Hypothetical here, possible n00b question.
I'm looking for a cheaper twin scroll setup for best response that fits the DSM/EarlyEvo - tubular TS manifolds are a bit out of my range. I have a feeling this setup might work, can anyone comment?

FP Evo VIII/IX cast manifold, add an adapter to 180* the flange, add EvoX turbo and o2 housing, fab a downpipe

I know some people have done the DSM manifold flange welded to an EvoX manifold, I'm trying for more of a bolt-on approach (aside from downpipe, of course).

That adapter flange looks like it just flips the IX turbo around 180 degrees. The IX and X are mirror images of each other, I don't see how that adapter would possibly work.

I see it now, you're right. I had it in my head that it was rotated, not mirrored.
Back to the drawing board.

I've had the same idea... but what about a completely mirrored manifold? I don't think it'd be that hard to do, just mirror the CAD drawing and fabricate it like that. We could talk to FP, I'd be all over it.
