I've been hunting down t-case bearings for my manual trans 1997 Talon, but am having a hard time. I found the part numbers in the attached pics at mitsubishipartswarehouse.com but three of the four are listed for Automatic cars. Are they the same for manual cars? The site has no other listings for t-case bearings. I tried calling them but since Talons are not Mitsubishi they couldn't verify anything via VIN number.

Yes, they are the same between Manual and Auto. And it doesn't matter if it's for Talon or Eclipse. You can verify and order it with Tim @twicks69 .

Thanks guys! You are life savers. DSM t-cases are hard to pinpoint the exact info. Maybe this thread can be put into the Drivetrain References section for others to find easier.

Tim, how do I order from you? Do you recommend anything else, shims? My mechanic may already have shims, but am awaiting his response.

Just email me at [email protected]

All the shims are sold as individual parts, and they aren't cheap, I doubt your mechanic has them unless he regularly builds DSM tcases and has a stockpile.
