Looks great!

Why the decision to run an intercooler if its going to be a methanol car?

The one peice front end is from MB products in CA. As for the intercooler. We talked with Titan motorsports, they got around a 2 to 3% increase in hp using an ic with methanol. We had an ic lying around so thought we would give it a try.

That turbo...is the size of my torso :applause: Any idea on spool time and/or eventual boost levels? Holy balls...

Man i wish i had the tools, money and time to make something like this. I dream about a custom build like this. Amazing work. Major kudos for this build. I want to see some vids!

Just bumping this up as i'm very excited to see it make some passes!

How are things coming along?

Any chance it will debut the 1st week of Aug still?

I wonder what gains you'll se with the awic, I'm sure there is power to be had there, but will the power overcome the extra weight? beautiful car btw!

Pics do not do this justice! Finally seeing it on the ground in a roller was great. You'll did an awesome job getting to that state in the time you had. Now we just need to get the powerplant going and start making some passes!!! :D

Thanks for the updated pics the car is looking great i love teh stance already! :)

So when are you guys going to shake it down???

Engine work is mostly done. Still need to aquire a couple of sensors. The next big step is wiring. Have been working on that for about a week and a half. Some plumbing left and a few more tabs to weld. Then we get to strip it down and send the chassis off for powder coating. As for the weight, the car is around 1600 pounds, the chassis weighs stripped down weighs 239 pounds, so being to heavy is not a problem. In fact, if we ever get up to Comp class status we will be adding quite a bit of weight to make class.
We are hoping to dyno tune this fall and chassis tune early spring. Still have the issue of working out the stall convertor. Hoping to make a few of the IFO events next year.

Heres a few more photos

Thought I would update our project. Here are pics of the finished chassis back from the powder coater and all the associated parts. The body should be finished this week and then reassembly starts.
