2G 95 GST auto issue

So I have a question and see if I can get suggestions on what to look for.

I've noticed that when I come to a complete stop and start driving, the car lags and even with me slowly stepping on the gas pedal the car doesn't accelerate fast and feels off like it's taking its time wanting to move faster.
