95 GST 300whp?

Hey guys,
My name is Vince and Im new to the forum. I just bought my first 95 eclipse GST and Im pretty excited to see what she can do. I know its a noob question and different for everyone but I was wondering how hard it would be to reach 300whp. I have a 16g turbo, FMIC, and the engine was rebuilt 1k miles ago with 30 over pistons. I also already have hard pipes for the intercooler, a manual boost controller, and boost gauge. After routine maintenance, what would you guys recommend parts wise to be around 300whp? I am thinking bigger fuel pump, 3'' exhaust, and intake to start but any thoughts/opinions are appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome Vince. If you use the search function, you'll find many threads on the recommended upgrade paths for these cars...it's pretty well documented. But, at a glance, with enough fuel and a better exhaust (assuming you are running stock exhaust), 300whp shouldn't be a problem for you with proper tuning.

Welcome Vince. It will be relatively easy to reach 300whp with a 16g, provided you have the proper supporting mods. This includes appropriately sized injectors and something to tune with (SAFC, ecmlink, etc)...do you have these?

EDIT: yeah basically what GSXDNA is saying. Also, you can use the Members->Dsm Dyno Challenge link (located at top of page) to see what dyno numbers others are putting down as well as their mods...
