That's a nicely built setup.

Would this be good for a DD or strictly a drag car?
 
Last piece to the puzzle. Between these and the dual piston calipers I have going on, I really hope we can hold the car back stalling it up w/ the 100 shot. If all goes well, we should be hitting the track next week.

Decent day at the track today. 9.17@150 and 9.14@151 at 39psi. Still need to turn the 2step up a bit more and crank the boost some more. Day was cut short when I forgot to reattach the valve cover breather lines after draining the catch can. Engine bay was coated in 20w50....literally EVERY square inch. Oh well...hopefully we have one more decent day left this year. If not, i'm driving south!

Thanks guys. The catch can line BS was a fluke mistake. Sucks but oh well. The car is down for the rest of the year so I will be taking this time to clean things up and make a few small changes. Budget dependent, i'm hoping to get a few things changed up...

One other thing I had to do while the car was down was swap out the head gasket. The #2 cyl exhaust side of the HG was no longer cooperating. I believe this happened at MIR when the motor was overheated on the last run of the weekend. Didn't realize the water was low unfortunately. Adding that to my checklist of in between pass checks. The area below the #2 cylinder has the coating completely burned off and is warped in that area...not to mention the 2nd layer of the gasket is fubar'd there as well. That explains my excessive crank case pressure and coolant pushing the past few passes.

Another update...sold my Link setup and am ordering an AEM v2. To help w/ the budget, i'm using a set of 660cc injectors that I had laying around as secondaries. That should take me pretty far. Also sent my 2150s to FIC today to have the flow tested and cleaned in case something was up with them.

Sound some footage from some random person at the track from my last T&T session this season. Got all 3 of my passes! Can't wait for spring!

Looking good man, I'm sure your going to be hitting those 8's this coming spring. Good catch on that head gasket as-well, keep up the good work!!
