If you are looking for the factory or 4g67 specific head gasket, the one you would need is the one for 4g61, they are exactly the same. Mitsubishi part number is MD113178. I am not so sure if you can easily purchase it in north america but if you would search with 4g61 or the part number, you may be able to find some manufacturers still make/sell a 4g61/67 specific composite head gasket. Or you can order a custom bore size MLS with Cometic.

In case if you don't care that the compression ratio slightly (very little) gets lower than the factory spec due to larger bore size, no need to look for one that is 4g61/67 specific. Many aftermarket composite head gaskets for DOHC 4g6 series (4g61/63/64/67), like the Felpro or so, it shares the same bore size. They usually cover up to overbored 4g64. So if that's ok with you, just get one for DSM, the one for early 4g63. I believe that's the easiest way.
