2G 2G Manual Trans wont go in 5th or reverse

Was out driving the car and the only issue I can remember is putting the car in 5th gear and then when letting the clutch out had a slight grind, so I depressed clutch went back to neutral and then 5th without issue. Drove the rest of the way home 1-5 without issues. Went to back into my driveway at home and had no reverse. When I try to go in 5th or reverse in the car there is a TON of "pressure" and it never goes into either gear. Video will not upload. Did post on Facebook DSM Nation - we did take the end of the case off to check the nuts on the shafts there but didn't seem to be the issue. Ideas? Or just take the trans out and send it to someone. This is a shep stage 4 trans

Is the washer missing or wrong thickness on the reverse switch? That can cause this.

Also check that the shift levers are not being obstructed. Next remove the cables and see if you can manually put the transmission in 5/R.
