Resolved 2G Electrical Connector in Dash Harness Left of Speedometer

Could anyone help me identify this electrical connector in the dash harness to the left of the speedometer? My guess is it’s for the power mirrors option (which I don’t have) that would plug into the bezel for cruise control and power mirrors adjustment. If so, or even if not, does it need to be plugged into anything? I am working on tracking down a short causing my 30A ignition switch to blow.

Connector C-02, pin 1 yellow with blue stripe, pin 2 gray with blue stripe. No connection, meaning it’s left open.
