but id think it would be a really good all out street turbo for someones daily driver.Tort's car was a "monster" because it was built with well matched parts and tuned half decently. It has some weight reduction but I'd hardly call it gutted. It was still on a stock engine/head/intake manifold. Anyone could take the same parts and run the same times easily. The car ran it's best numbers at 28psi on VP103 unleaded. On pump at 25-26psi it still pulled damn near as hard. Tort's comment about airflow was simply to cover his ass against bench racing since we have no logs to prove anything one way or another. As many EVO 16g owners have proven, Mitsu wheels can perform WELL beyond their ratings.
The first being that the car was tuned "half decently". Since you tuned it, i'd have to say it was "well tuned". The second point being that anyone could take the same parts and run the same times easily. The bottom line is we both know the car was driven balls to the wall to produce the times which it did

I already spoke with them. They said no dyno yet. But they have heard a lot of reviews. Pretty much they said, it spools like a 16g. And it hits hard...

Yeah, why?
Take a look- I did get the $95 plating option- it shines like the sun!
Guys,
I bought one and it's going into my car this month. I'll post wheel dyno numbers later this month. Should be interesting... For those of you wanting more pics of this turbo, here's what arrived at my door today...

Anyone with suggestions how to get more HP at current boost level easier than the above future bolt-ons, please speak up.
Cams.
Also: A new PCV valve, honing and re-ringing the cylinders. That blowby could be better used acting on the pistons instead of the crankcase.
Not sure what you mean here. Can you elaborate? If your dipstick is launching, your PCV isn't getting rid of all the blowby pressure in the crankcase.BTW- With this mod, I'm thinking little if any blowby is coming from the pcv valve air stream while under boost.
doggo: fwd or awd?
What about cams? You didn't mention them. A set of FP2x's would be pretty good...

Will be replacing stock exman with FP cast exman, IF ONLY FP will bring back the great GB on it...please please FP! Also have AEM water injection kit to install. Want to get 400+ WHP out of this motor, should be doing it with current mods and boost...
I have had bad luck with little filters on that side port. After it gets oil soaked and a tad dirty it is pretty restrictive. I was still blowing my dipstick out and everythign else. I took the filter off and it went away but spewed oil everywhere, so now i just have it open with a 6AN line going to an "open" catch can (no vac or pressure in it)
