FP 20g - 6SL2

Between this 20g or the Fp3052 would be the turbo id choice if I ever
got the money in the future to invest in a larger snail than my evo316g....

But in the meantime im happy with trying to fortify my current set up and run high/mid 11s with what i got.

The 20g turbos are torque monsters when tuned right and pushed to their limits.
This guy local to me, Jerry ( LancerMan on TampaRacing.com forums.)

Well he ran the 20g full tilt with a 2.3 stroker on his 4g63 Mirage with built cyclone motor ( car was in the 10s) and he kept breaking trannys because it was putting down so much torque, the Dsm 4th gear IS just too weak. Dont quote me on this, but I think he concluded to initially putting a 2.0 back in it to spare trannys.
Maybe it was just bad builds on the trannys but funny thing is he rebuilds them all the time though...
(He did mines with double syncros a long time ago and im still on that tranny)

Or maybe it was just that the 20g pushed to the limit w/ a 2.3 combo was too unforgiveing.

Any of you guys end up getting this thing? I'm looking into buying one right now...

Feedback appreciated!

do you have a link to that dyno and mods on car? thats pretty good for 20psi

I still want to know if this "6sl2" turbine wheel flows enough to max out the 20g, other wise you might as well save $300 (according to FP's website this 20g is $999 and the 18g6sl2 is only $699) and get the 18g. Anyone know about this turbine wheel? I like making informed decisions when spending $500+ on one part.
