anyone got a pic of the 06 eclipse that hes gonna run? I saw it in a mag, but i cant remember what mag it was.

Yeah... it's all over the NASA USTCC forums and I think the boys are getting scared. Both Mitsubishi and Honda have decided this would be a good venue to get involved with. There's a couple other manufacturers, but I won't know how serious they are for another month or so... It's like all of a sudden road racing is becoming the NEW IN THING, who woulda thought?

Shit. Here comes the money, there goes the fun. No more tossing the tires on the TR-3 and heading over to Cotati or VacaValley for a day's worth of $50 racing.

Goddamnit, heavy money is going to make it better and worse. now its going to be even more crowded, and competition is gonna become heavily fierce. However, more money coming into it means that dsm road racers have a better chance of getting sponsored and there will be more local events for everyone. It is a huge trade-off.
