1G 1g tsi wont stay running

So i just got a 1994 eagle talon tsi awd and it has ecmlink 1000cc injectors 255 werbro fuel pump freshly rebuild moter but it will start for about 1 min them shut off. I bypassed the fuel pump when I first got it to get it to this point. It will run if you spry it with starting fluid.. the injectors are not getting ground ive check the mpi it seems fine eney help is appreciated

Welcome to the forum.

Why did you have to bypass the fuel pump, how did you do it so we can identify the cause and verify it isn't the issue.

Since you have ECMLink, take a log beginning before you start the car until it acts up and post it here. You use the "Add Photos" button to attach pictures and files to your thread.

Once we have the log file we can look and see how the ECU is configured and what's going on from the ECUs perspective.

Ok so I dont no how to get in to the ecu yet I don't have a laptop.also I need to no what to download to get the program for the tuning ive only had the car not even a week yet and I dont have power to the fuel pump all fuses are good im guessing the fuel pump not turning on is part of the problem I have a mpi relay on the way

1G - 1G basic ECU MPI relay circuit function

The 1G DSM has two main circuits for the engine. The Multi Port Injection (MPI) circuit and the Ignition circuit. You must be registered to see element..The ECU is connected to both circuits but is powered from the MPI circuit and controls it. The MPI circuit also powers the MAF, CAS, ISC...

Don't buy any parts until you diagnose this. Parts cannon is not a method of diagnosis. No laptop? Can you drag your pc to the garage?

Make sure your GROUNDS are good at the relay/pump and battery area. They are just as much of a gremlin as searching for 12v, thinking no power is getting to what you are testing. A DMM is your friend for these issues.
