Hey so i have been piecing together the stuff i need for a 14b on a 2g...

I got the 14b for dirt cheap but there is not wastegate on it...
im still learning about DSM/Turbo cars. Ive read the t25 doesnt work.
Is my only option without getting a new manifold to find another wastegate off a 14b?

You have to send your turbine housing to a shop of your choice(I would choose Forced Perfomance), or buy a new turbine housing, or buy an external wastegate.

If i buy an external wastegate then i also need to get a new manifold dont i?

You could have it gated off the o2 housing, but I've heard it's better to run it off the manifold, never researched this myself though so idk. Either way you will need to buy a new manifold or o2 housing.

Really im just looking to get the Wastegate from a 14b witch i think i have all ready been sorted.

Then take your current turbine housing to a shop. Th wastegate flapper has to be broken to come off another turbine housing, then pressed in if you get a new one

Buying a new turbo just may be an option.

He just bought a new turbo...

That would be a lot more money/more work than just buying a used actuator.

Lol I just need the wastegate actuator you can buy a new one and put it on ?

or a used one and put it on ? my turbo is fine its just missing the wastegate actuator..
