2G Wierd issue with S90 throttle

OK so I put a new throttle body on the other day (72mm S90). now currently i still have in my safc/avcr. When i push in on the gas the car doesnt start going till 4.8% Throttle. Ive gone back in and adjusted the TPS to make sure its right. The night before the same thing was going on except it was happening at 8.7 throttle. but i got to looking and noticed i put the TPS on backwards. Flipped it around and it cut this issue in half. Any Ideas

are you sure the piece inside is indexed right?

make sure with no pressure is on the throttle plate with the foot off the pedal, next make sure tps is reading zero when your foots off the pedal. lastly check the butterfly valve(throttle plate) is closed and the stop screw is not causing it to stay slightly open
