2G Why won't my horn work and getting SRS light?

okay so I bought my car like this. only wiring ive done is hooking up subs. now my horn does not work and im getting an srs light. I took some pictures but have no idea if something was pulled from my harnesses.

please help.

The airbag wiring and horn wiring are both in the steering wheel / column . Maybe a bad clockspring or something disconnected in there , you will probably have to pull off the wheel and take a look.

so if something is disconnected it wouldn't be under the dash? it would be in the steering wheel?

To me it sounds like the clockspring which you would have to remove the steering wheel to get to.

I am sorry that's its not the answer you want to hear but that's where both of those things connect and most likely where your problem is, they may just be unplugged but your going to have to pull the wheel off and find out. In the pic you posted the red and green plug in the steering column is the airbag and its plugged in, the horn / cruise control plug is next to it and it is plugged in. Does your cruise control work? it is connected through the clock spring too like the horn and the airbag. That big plug is your obd2 port and the small one that's unplugged is normal its not supposed to be plugged in to anything.
