2G Aftermarket Alarm, door locks, horn, and cigarette lighter do not work

Hey got this car and the door locks, horn, cigarette lighter (not sure if related) do not work. I checked the relay behind the driver seat it is clicking. It had a wire tapped into it running to under the stereo where I found a viper alarm un hooked. I hooked it back up and the security light came on and it was clicking like the alarm was going off. But locks and horn still wouldn’t work. Any thoughts? Don’t care about an alarm much but not having power locks is annoying.
I couldn’t find where the black connector fit into maybe old alarm?

I would first remove that alarm and restore factory functions. I’ve removed dozens of alarms. Either with issues like going off or tied into other systems that cause more issues. I can look up the electrical system diagram and see what is in common also. I just tell everyone to remove the security systems that last worked back in Nam 67’ first.

Check the fuse in the footwell for the door locks. It’s probably blown or missing.

The door handles can break and if the key lock cylinders aren’t inserted correctly the sensor on the back of the cylinder and keep trying to lock the doors and drain the battery. It’s probably the most common alarm and battery drain issue I see in my 2g Dsm project cars

No battery drain and I just changed the door handle so I know that’s hooked up right. I’ll start by taking out all the old wires

Ok then when the alarm is going off insert the key into the passengers door and unlock it manually to deactivate the alarm
