im taking a guess at the one on the right. i doubt they changed the design for the 2g mounts. 1g i think was the same if i remember from my friends car

only just realised you said rear haha so im sorry for the bad info i missed that part

Thanks! From that link on amazon it appears this part is the same for FWD + AWD M/T's :thumb:

I'm going to replace both front + rear mounts at same time. Are either one a pita to change? Do you have to remove anything to get at them?

The front one can be a challenge, I was looking at mine because I am going to have to change them soon my self. I can't remember the way I did all back in 1997 but, I think I used a socket with a short extension and try to get the rear most bolt out of the front mount. The front most bolt on the front mount looks like you can use a swivel socket with a long extension and get on it from the top. The rear mount, you can get to it with the long extension and a swivel socket from the top. I work in a shop so I suggest you may have to use a lift to get the rear mount easier from the bottom. Or raise and support the car with jack stands, and come at it from the top. Either way the rear one will be a challenge depending on your working conditions.

I replaced both the engine and transmission mounts already with some poly inserts, those will last for years to come. I just have to get the motivation to now finish the job with the front and rear mounts. If I can think of any other way I will post back with an update or someone can suggest an easier way, please feel free to elaborate, if you have found what works the best for replacement techniques. I believing in working smart not hard.

Usually good rule to remember about parts ordering is that A.W.D models will always have different part numbers than the others, so it is best to verify that the part fits your year, make and model of your D.S.M.
