Ok, This is a stupid question I know.
Background: The kid who owned the car before me must have lost some of the lug nuts because like 5-6 of them are acorn style and the rest appear to be the OEM mag style ones.
-I just want to go to Advanced auto and pick up a new set so I can get rid of the acorn style nuts. Im not trying to be "Ballin' with my tuner lugz yo" I just want a stock replacment set.
-I picked up a 16ct+4locks set. 12x1.5 Standard mag style with washers.. (What appeared to be similar to OEM)
-I have the stock O.Z. Rims from the 10th anniv edition
Here is the problem:
I tighten, the replacement nuts I bought, down as tight as humanly possible, but it seems like the diameter of the shank on the lug nut is smaller than the holes in the rim so the wheels shift on the studs.
Can someone either:
A) Post a picture of the lug nuts you bought from Advanced/Oreily's
B)Give me a part number for them
C) Post a link to a set I can buy
Thanks,
Aaron
