Strut tower nuts, torque specs?

I put my Megan Racing strut bar on a few days ago. Gonna take her for a spin tomorrow, and I just wanted to make sure I tightened these nuts enough before I go (no pun intended). I tightened them to 35 ft lbs, that's what I've read. Is that right?

I'm going guess and say 28ftlbs. They're usually not super tight but yeah link above should have them

I have a pdf file with supposedly "all" of the torque specs for every nut and bolt on there car. But I can't seem to find some things in there. That's just how it is I guess

It wouldn't be if you had a factory manual. They're stupid cheap too.
