Which gasket to use

So I have a s256 with a BEP dsm housing. I was wondering if you can use an evo3 gasket with this or not. It seems to be a little different seeing as the hole for the flapper comes to a point opposed to being round. Do you have to use that special gasket or will an evo3 gasket seal fine. Keep in mind I am running my wastegate off the o2 housing so I don't want any leaks.

Yeah thats the same thing I am doing. I recently had the wastegate on my manifold but I didn't like the look of it so I changed it. Before it leaked with an evo3 gasket but I think the main reason was my old o2 housing wasn't flat.

I used an Evo3 gasket when I put on my Holset. Of course it required a little bit of gasket matching and porting to get the o2 housing perfect, but it worked great.

So what your saying is if I just put a evo3 gasket in there with no modifying anything it wont work?

Well I ordered a gasket from bullseye today it was $7. The guy at bullseye said he never heard of any problems using the evo3 or their gasket but he suggested theirs.
