What would a 2g Laser have looked like

Then why do Avengers share dash,doors,fenders,seats, etc with a 2g Eclipse?

look on wikipedia it says the neon is the successor but i think if that was the case the 1g neons should had a option of awd or at least a turbo version

Neons did not come with a turbo or awd option..Not that I know of anyway..The only performance option(not saying it is) was the neon r/t...

The avengers, sebring were made at the same time the 2g eclipses were made..And yes share alot of the same parts..

I think the doors on the avengers were longer, and the center console was also longer..Making the center console a great upgrade for 2g owners..But other than that, same factory stereo, amp, seats, dash, the wheels are interchangable..I know the wheels are cause I have had them on my 1g and vice versa..

i think for a 2g laser just change the front bumper slightly from a eclipse and talon....and change the taillights and rear bumper oh and the wheels everything else would be the same as the other dsm's

The Avenger doors are the exact same as a 2g, the windows are different though.

I agree with the 2G Laser possibly sporting a Dodge Avenger-esque front bumper from that era. Something like this, only with a DSM hood and headlights above it. That being said, I like Corey's version much better.

I've got the basic outline done for the rear end but its going to take a few days to get the rear bumper I have in mind to look right. Since the Talon and Eclipse had completely different tail lights/bumpers on the 2g I'm going to do something completely different for the Laser, too.

The avenger that Justin posted has to have been modded..Kinda looks like a stock modded front bumper..But the sidemarkers are not stock..

I think someone molded the "cross" out of the center of the grille opening and deleted the fog lights. I chose it because that's the photo that looked the most like a 2G DSM bumper.

Unless it's the base model, it might not have fogs..
