What springs for gsc cams

Can anyone tell me what springs for these cams?

The BC's will be more than fine. Most 268* cams don't even require a spring/retainer upgrade as long as they are in good condition.

Okay thanks! Just wanted to Make sure, I think I'll upgrade just for cheap insurance
