I was thinking that but it seems so loud it makes me think its the motor

I can hear a little lifter noise but there is a much louder solid knock in there.
Might have some lower end problems.
Go get some cheap mechanic's stethoscopes.
Listen to it from underneath & see what it sounds like.
 
That is definitely something wrong internally. There is no way that's lifter tick. Pull the pan and see what the deal is, hopefully you can catch it before it screws up more than the crank.
 
Collapsed lifters will throw their rockers off quickly as well which can cause damage depending on where the rocker goes.
 
Def sounds like a spun bearing as my old motor sounded exactly like that. Unplug each of the spark plug wires one at a time to see if it eliminates the noise. If one of them does, don't touch the car anymore and it's time for a rebuild.
