what does fluttering sound like?

does fluttering sound like a rattle snake, or what does it sound like, because my car makes a weird noise under low boost. And is that normal if not what are some steps i can take to fix it

one more thing if i get a hks bov kit will that fix that annoying noise

If it's the stock BOV... check to see all your hoses are connected right and that the MBC (if you have one) is not Teed off the BOV vac line.

Flutter can definitely sound like a rattlesnake... differs from car to car as parts differ.

Higher frequency flutters can sound like BZZZZZzzzt. 10minute brings up a good point, all fluttering decreases in volume.
