That is pretty much a must if you own a DSM. I had several "custom" tools in my travel tool box that goes (went) to the track with me. Some ASSHOLE stole my tool box and my aluminum racing jack in between rounds while I was in the staging lanes. Custom bent wrenches, cut and welded wrenches.....just stuff to make working easier. I have made replacements but DAM.........I don't park away from the track (in the back row) anymore.

that's friggin low! I always look at the track as a safe space where everyone has common interests and goals and that no one would steal from each other, sad that people have to ruin that.

Got the clutch pedal adjusted. I adjusted both the height and the master rod. My pedal was a lot higher than the brake pedal (cruise switch was backed almost all the way out and loose) and I couldn’t push the slave in by hand now I can.

Is it normal for the pedal to feel much lighter now?

Making some Unobtanium: silicone foam rubber gaskets for trim clips. OEM on the left, mine on the right. Could probably make more for yinz other folks if needed. Laser cutter FTW, these would be a pain to cut by hand.

On my 1G, each side needs
- 9 for the qtr window,
- 6 for the over-door drip trim
- ?? at the bottom crease of the hatch glass

I have seen this on alot of sites with mustangs, hondas, volkswagen, ect... Although I've never seen one with DSM's and i thought maybe i would try it out and see if it sticks... I'll start off with what i did to mine. I cleaned up the motor bay and did a little wire tucking.
Changed my MAF sensor trying to get my car to run right. It's 92% there. Just chasing the last lil bit.

Some more ….

I’m liking the painted intercooler piping 😍

Free handed some rad brackets at work that actually ended up working even though they don’t look the best

The Engine Balancing Shop called today, my bottom end is done so I can make a hour drive to pick up the parts and get back to DSMing!!! :thumb:

Gathering funds to build a complete new head also!!!

Got wheels on and went for a test drive. Gonna have to roll fenders In the rear due to slight rubbing when hitting bumps. But looks good to me. Started on rotors and pads and the second caliper bolt I tried to remove stripped out BAD.😒 Gonna get a bolt extractor kit and put some heat to it this weekend.
